Terms & Conditions - LokalBoard Publisher Platform

These Terms govern the use of the LokalBoard Publisher Platform by businesses, organizations, institutions, agencies, and registered publishers.

Publisher Responsibility

• Publishers are solely responsible for content submitted through LokalBoard.
• Publishers must ensure all content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Prohibited Content

• Illegal goods or services
• Weapons and firearms
• Adult content
• Tobacco and nicotine products
• Drugs and controlled substances
• Hate speech
• Violence or threats
• Fraudulent advertisements
• Misleading or deceptive claims

Moderation Rights

• LokalBoard may review, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any content without prior notice.
• LokalBoard may suspend publisher accounts that violate platform rules.

Business Verification

• LokalBoard may request business registration documents, GST details, licenses, or other verification documents.

Content Ownership

• Publishers retain ownership of content they submit.
• Publishers grant LokalBoard a non-exclusive right to display, distribute, promote, and publish submitted content.

Advertising and Promotions

• Publishers are responsible for ensuring promotional claims are accurate and legally compliant.

Indemnification

• Publishers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ovid Technologies Private Limited against claims arising from content they submit.

Termination

• LokalBoard may suspend or terminate publisher accounts for violations of these Terms.
